50 HOURS PRE-NATAL

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Prenatal yoga is a powerful way for expectant mums to prepare for birth and motherhood. It can support them in body and mind, integrating the changes of this life season and learning to navigate this rite of passage with a sense of empowerment, calm and confidence.

As yoga teachers, we play an important role for our students through this time, helping build their confidence and holding space for their unique needs, experiences and expectations. Whether you intend to work specifically with pregnant people, or simply want to know how best to support those attend your general classes, this training will be invaluable.

This accredited 50 hour course is for yoga teachers seeking to expand their knowledge and offerings, and pregnant people (or those planning to be) wanting a more informed practice.

Course facilitator, Julia-Rose Gribble, is a devoted mother, educator and experienced pre & postnatal yoga teacher.
