"Hi, I’m Miriam! 

 

As a Fitness Instructor at Eve, I’m passionate about making exercise enjoyable and accessible for everybody.

 

Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer, my goal is to ensure that you feel supported and uplifted during our sessions with my non-intimidating and nurturing approach.

 

Over the years, I have confidently guided clients from injury rehabilitation to running marathons, and everything in between. 

My holistic approach to my own training integrates movement as part of an overall healthy lifestyle, with the addition of regular breathwork, ice baths, and meditation. These practises have really helped me to build awareness of my client's needs and how to assist them in achieving a healthy balance when it comes to their own physical and mental wellbeing.

I’m here to help you to embrace weight training and cardio sessions with confidence, blending my Powerlifting background with a passion for high-energy training in a safe environment.
