Hi friends! My name is Grace and you’ll mostly find me hosting a good boogie called Work It in the Eve rave caves (dance studios).  

 

I emerged from the womb dancing and I love that exercise can also be art and creative expression.  So many people approach dance later in life and to witness humans finding their groove is possibility the greatest way I could spend my time. 

Most mornings I’ll be in my garden flowing through a few sun salutations – I have so much love for yoga and from time to time I might pop up on the timetable to cover a class. I’m currently studying naturopathy and love celebrating all of us on our health journeys, which I get to do in every moment I spend at Eve!
