ELLIE MORGAN

Hi, my name’s Ellie!


I teach Slow Flow, Yin, Vinyasa, Sound Bath, and Barre and have been practicing for over a
decade.


These practices have always been a sanctuary of exploration and self-awareness for me.
This was first explored over my 25 years in the Performing Arts and it was in rehearsal rooms,
and on sets and stages that I learned this power of story, movement, and inner expression.
Originally Yoga was just a physical practice for me that I did to keep fit and stay mindful. But
over the years it evolved and blossomed into a way of life…an outlook.
Who knew that making shapes could reshape the way I handled the ebbs and flows of life?!
Through the commitment, acceptance, and encouragement of mentors, yoga created
steadiness (Sthira) and ease (Sukha).


Its teachings allow us to build inner and outer strength through the body/mind connection.
My hope is that you feel inspired to move regularly, connect with the community, and
experience the joy yoga can spark in your life.
