At Eve you are welcomed exactly as you are. You're not just a number, or a body, or a project. You are a unique and amazing human and we're so happy to know you, and to help you to find ways to move that feel great for you. We believe in radical self-acceptance as the starting point for, well, everything, and you'll find the Eve community to be incredibly supportive.

We offer a huge range of classes (over 120 every week across our Brunswick and Preston studios) including yoga, pilates, strength training, HIIT, boxing, dance, barre and more, so you can always find something to suit your needs, no matter where you're at.

Alongside our studio offerings, the Eve Wellness Co. provides the very best in women's health and wellness services, for that extra individual care. When it comes to your holistic health and wellbeing, we really do have you covered.

Needing some breathing space? 💭

The Calmer Course is a four week online course designed to support you through the stress and anxiety of daily life.

Facilitated by @_anniecarter , who trained and worked as a psychotherapist with a focus on anxiety disorders, in this course you’ll gain more understanding of how stress works and learn some techniques and strategies to help you better understand and manage stress and anxiety in your daily life.

The sessions will include gentle guided yoga, meditation and breath work and educational discussions on stress and anxiety in a no-pressure supportive environment.
